Anti Discriminatory Practice

Although some Chrysalis Care trainers and facilitators are employed on a freelance basis, they are expected to adhere to the policy and have signed an agreement to do so and will work in a conscious way to reject discrimination and endeavour to challenge in a positive manner any discriminatory language and behaviour.

In every course provided for Chrysalis Care the trainers and facilitators will endeavour to implement the anti-discriminatory policy and identify and relate the issues to the course content, methods and group process. The trainers and facilitators will encourage participants to recognise and challenge discrimination during the training and relate this to their respective work or care settings in order to develop effective anti-discriminatory practice.
