Training Calendar

Chrysalis Care's training calendar is updated annually.

In addition to the core training subjects, the content of the training programme is determined in response to recommendations from Annual Reviews, as well as specific requests from foster carers and staff.

All training programmes are accompanied by a ‘booking in’ sheet, for foster carers to identify and communicate which training they are interested in attending. All foster carers are expected to attend at least 5 learning and development events per year.
